Overview
Velarian ("we", "us") provides AI agent services — voice receptionist, chatbot, sales engine, and social media agent. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email, business details you provide during signup or onboarding.
- Voice & chat data: call recordings, transcripts, chat messages processed through our agents.
- Usage data: logs, performance metrics, integration health.
- Integration data: contact records and calendar events from CRMs and calendars you connect.
How we use it
- To deliver and operate the agents you've subscribed to.
- To improve our service quality and reliability.
- To send service-related communications (billing, alerts, product updates).
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except subprocessors needed to run the service (e.g., Anthropic for LLM, Twilio for telephony, Supabase for storage).
Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors to operate the service: Anthropic (LLM), LiveKit (voice infrastructure), Twilio (telephony), Deepgram (speech recognition), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Supabase (database), AWS (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), HubSpot (when CRM sync is enabled).
Retention
Call recordings, transcripts, and chat history are retained for 90 days by default. You may request a shorter retention period or immediate deletion at any time. Account-level data is retained for the life of your subscription plus 30 days, after which it is purged.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel with two-factor authentication. We monitor for security incidents and disclose breaches in accordance with applicable law.
